Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to run the service (account info, usage, billing) and nothing we don't. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time. The full details are below, questions go to [email protected].

This Privacy Policy describes how Xix Inc. ("xix3D," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use Zeno, our 3D automotive visualization platform, including the website at xix3d.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), company name (if provided), and other information you choose to provide during registration.

Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number. This is collected automatically through cookies, log files, and analytics tools.

Content you upload

The Services allow you to upload images, vector graphics, and design files ("Content"). We store this Content to provide the Services to you. We do not access, view, or use your Content for any purpose other than to operate the Services for you, unless required by law or to investigate a credible report of misuse.

If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required by law to retain it (for example, financial records). Backups may persist for a limited time before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.
